1 Nature of taxation.

Rothbard (1982) in “hardhitting politiceconomics conclusions” argues that the fundamental class struggle between taxpayers and tax consumers. So, who get benefit from the tax system and the tax consumers, its meaning there are exploiting the taxpaying class. Nature of taxation is more to coercive and seeing taxation as being involuntary and confiscatory. Political representation lessens the involuntary nature of taxation and there is not showing consent about the representation.

2.0 Defining and measuring Inequality.

2.1 Size distribution of income (saiz pembahagian pendapatan).

Salah satu cara untuk mengukur pendapatan yang tidak seragam adalah melihat dengan peratus pendapatan isi rumah. Cara ini adalah cara biasa yang digunakan oleh ahli ekonomi untuk mengukur saiz pendapatan penduduk.Dengan ini kota boleh tahu prlakuan individu dan isi rumah dengan saiz pendapatan yang diperolehi oleh mereka. Dengan cara ini kita dapat mengetahui pendapatan yang sebenar. Tetapi berapa banyak pun pendapatan ia tidak mengambil kira samada pendapatan yang masuk daripada pekerjaan atau datang daripada sumber lain seperti bunga, faedah, sewa, hadiah, atau harta warisan. Selain itu, tempat dan sumber pekerjaan adalah diendahkan.

According to the Central Bank (Bank Negara Malaysia), illegal deposit taking is an example of fraud cases which is an act of receiving, taking or accepting of deposits from members of the public and promises a repayment with interest without a valid license under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989(BAFIA). Banking and Financial Institution Act 1989 is an Act to provide new laws for the licensing and regulation of institution carrying on banking, finance company, merchant banking, discount house, and money broking business, for the regulation of institutions carrying on certain other financial businesses, and for matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.

Lehman Brother Holding Inc. was a global financial service firm which is the 4^th largest investment bank in the USA bankruptcy in 2008 (Wikipedia, 2011). In February 2007, a stock reached a record $86.18, giving Lehman a market capitalization of close to $60 billion. On September 13, 2008, Timothy F. Geithner, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York called a meeting on the future of Lehman, which included the possibility of an emergency liquidation of its assets. Lehman reported that it had been in talks with Bank of America and Barclays for the company's possible sale.
